“I help neurodivergent entrepreneurs build a business their nervous system can actually hold by replacing the push for linear growth and efficiency with capacity, regulation, and rhythmic architecture.”

Most business models are designed for a type of consistency that doesn't align with how a neurodivergent brain actually works. This creates a gap where leadership becomes a performance - a struggle to keep up with expectations - rather than an embodied expression of the founder's actual capacity.

Entrepreneurial Alchemy uses Regulated Business Architecture® to close that gap. By applying the Three Laws of Regulated Business - anchoring the business in Capacity, designing for Rhythm instead of linear growth, and centering Regulation over efficiency - I help founders understand the identity rules and energy rhythms that drive them. We don't apply surface-level changes; we map out the actual blueprint of how the founder functions, ensuring the business is designed to support that reality.

This work allows the founder to step into what I call Beacon Leadership. Instead of leading through authority or the pressure of a performance, they become a visible example of what is possible; standing a few steps ahead on the path to light the way for others. It is a shift toward a coherent, embodied way of leading, resulting in a business that the founder's nervous system can actually hold.

There are 4 doors you can walk through: THE PERSPECTIVE DOOR Truth Before Strategy: A 5-part private podcast to help you realign your business with your rhythm not the rules. THE INSIGHT DOOR Regulated Business Compass: The Regulated Business Compass measures the relationship between your nervous system and the architecture of your business. Where that relationship is working it names it. Where it is under strain it shows you why specifically in your context with your history your offers and everything else you are holding right now. THE STRUCTURAL DOOR Regulated Business Architecture®: Regulated Business Architecture is not a set of tools or a productivity hack. It is a deeply precise process of returning to your embodied truth and building a business around it. THE INTEGRATION DOOR The Integration Collective: A place that isn’t about “doing more” – but about remembering what already works. A place where integration IS the work. Your long-term capacity-led nervous system aligned home for a business you can actually hold.

The Essential Sequence: Why the drive for visibility and authority leads to collapse when it precedes Capacity and Protection. 4. Biological Truth vs. Business Rules: Designing systems that align with how a neurodivergent brain actually functions rather than forcing it into a corporate mold. The Somatic Angle (The NeuroEnergetic Alchemy Method™) 1. The Performance of Productivity: How to identify the identity rules and background scripts that push high-functioning founders toward burnout. 2. Rhythm as a Blueprint: Why your natural energetic fluctuations are not "inconsistency" to be fixed but the primary data for your business design. The Leadership Angle (Beacon Leadership) 1. The Shift to Beacon Leadership: Moving from leading through authority or the pressure of a performance to leading through visibility and coherence. 2. Embodied Leadership: How understanding your own rhythms and boundaries allows you to lead by lighting the way rather than shouting from the mountain top. 3. Truth Before Strategy: Why the most effective business strategy is an honest accounting of what you are actually resourced to hold.

I"m most at home in the depths: whether it"s a conversation that skips the small talk to discover what actually makes you YOU, or a cold-water swim that reminds me I exist. I live for sunsets, forests, and the things that truly light people up.
