About
Technology Coaching was born out of a simple frustration. I'd spent years training teams at Apple and working in a legal corporate environment, watching brilliant people freeze the second technology got involved. Not because they weren't capable, but because nobody had ever explained it to them properly, without jargon and without judgement.
So in 2017 I built the business I wished existed. Nine years on, we deliver CPD-accredited digital skills training to organisations across the UK, built around my Tekunoji® Method, a framework covering AI and automation, cyber security, web presence, social media, innovation and data-led decision making. We work with businesses and their teams directly, in-house and through open cohorts, alongside strategy consulting and a growing membership community called The Lab.
I host the Digital Dominators podcast, write and speak on digital confidence and AI adoption for SMEs, and I'm currently writing a book on leading with confidence when technology never stops changing. Underneath all of it is one belief: knowledge should be shared, not gatekept. My job is to take the fear out of tech and hand people back the control, one practical skill at a time.

Fun Fact
I"ve played the cornet since I was five and studied the music industry at university, before heading off to teach English in Japan for four years. It was only after that I moved into corporate life. Turns out music and teaching taught me the same thing: the best communicators make the complicated feel simple. These days my most loyal colleague is Disco, my dog, who has strong opinions about my meeting schedule and zero interest in AI.
