“I help leaders and founders who look fine on the outside stop sacrificing themselves for the success they"ve built.”
About
Iona Russell is a keynote speaker, author and leadership mentor for founders and leaders standing at the edge after success.
She works with people who've built the life, business or reputation they once wanted, and are now realising it doesn't feel the way they thought it would.
Through speaking, mentoring and values-led guidance, Iona helps leaders stop performing success and start leading from who they actually are underneath it.
Alongside her private work, Iona brings wellbeing, resilience and mental health education into organisations, drawing on over 20 years in social policy and positive psychology.

Speaking topics
1. The Edge After Success
What happens when achievement is no longer enough? For leaders who"ve built the thing
reached the milestone and proved the point
only to find themselves standing in the space between what they achieved and what comes next.
2. The Achievement Trap
The hidden cost of high performance
and what happens when achievement becomes identity
pressure becomes normal
and success stops feeling true.
3. Identity {Re}calibration®
When success no longer feels like enough
the answer is rarely another strategy. It"s the ability to return to clarity
self-trust and steady leadership after years of performing pressure as if it were normal.
Fun Fact
I can walk into a room full of strangers and start a real conversation in under thirty seconds, but I will spend five minutes working out which way to push a door, where I put my phone, and what day it is without checking it. Late diagnosed ADHD and postmenopause, working in perfect, chaotic tandem.
