Irregular Inc is a consent-led coaching, training and consultancy practice for people and organisations who want to change the world and know that starts with you 'being the change you want to see'. Founder 'Irregular Jenn' helps activists, leaders, founders and teams explore alternatives to conventional business and leadership models built on unexamined power, so you can lead, work and live in ways that fully align with your values.
Jenn's core framework is the Consent Compass, designed for practising consent and accountability in every decision, across four layers: self, relationships, organisations and wider society. It underpins 1:1 coaching, The Irregular Membership and bespoke organisational work, including training in neuro-inclusive practice, LGBTQIA+ and gender inclusion, and allyship.
Jenn brings decades of experience in arts and community organising, voluntary activism and charity leadership, alongside lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent, polyamorous founder. Jenn has been there, and built a radical approach to business and life designed to resist the systems they're trying to change. Jenn is founder of the International Day of Consent (30th November) and Activist in Residence at Leeds Beckett University.
