About
Untangled by Tingle is a Sheffield-based professional organising and decluttering business founded by The Neurodivergent Declutterer Heather Tingle (AuDHD) in 2017, specialising in neurodivergent-affirming support for people who feel overwhelmed at home. Using her trademarked PAVES® System, Heather works with clients across the UK to help them untangle their spaces and their lives, without shame, judgment, or pressure to be someone they're not.
Heather is also the host of Decluttering Untangled, a globally ranked podcast in the top 2% worldwide, with over 100 episodes exploring the emotional and practical sides of clutter, neurodivergence, and home overwhelm. She has spoken on stages at The Ideal Home Show, The Clean & Tidy Home Show, Ideasfest, and The Home, Life & You Show, as well as delivering hoarding awareness and neurodivergence training for organisations including MIND and NSPCC.
In October 2026, Heather is bringing this work to a wider audience through DeclutterCon, a full-day conference at the Radisson Blu Sheffield on Saturday 10th October. Shame-free and neurodivergent-aware, DeclutterCon brings together expert speakers, practical tools, and a community of people who finally feel seen.
